How many tickets can I reserve?

Each graduate can reserve a group of 6 tickets using their student ID.

Can I request or purchase extra tickets?

Due to social distancing policies, extra tickets will not be available.

Where are my seats?
-
Tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served, "best available" basis. When you reserve your group of 6 tickets, choose either Side A or Side B and you will be given the best available seats.

Does my baby/toddler need a ticket?

Yes, everyone attending the graduation ceremony is required to have a ticket regardless of age.

Can I request handicap access and handicap seating?

Yes. When reserving your tickets via eTix select handicap seating and your 6 seats will be reserved in a handicap accessible area. If you need additional accommodations please call the Berry Center office at 281-894-3900.

Can I split up my ticket group?

No. Tickets are automatically reserved in groups of 6. Ticket groups can not be split or reserved separately.

Masks

Do I have to wear a mask?
-
Masks are not required for guests as long as they remain outdoors.

According to the CDC, COVID-19 transmission rate outdoors is well below 1%. Graduates will only be required to wear masks indoors.

Parking

Where do graduates park?
-
Graduates may enter via Barker Cypress Rd. or West Rd. and park in Lots B,C or D.

Where do guests park?

Guests with tickets on Side A should enter via West Rd. and park in lots E and F. Guests with tickets on Side B should enter via Barker Cypress Rd. and park in Lots A and H.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the facility, Berry Center has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed at graduation ceremonies. All bags/purses will be inspected for safety purposes. Diaper bags must follow the clear bag policy and size restrictions.
