Thanks from JA for helping to safely re-heat and warm-up food for the JA volunteers in the Zone. (These were donations that we would not normally prepare and not Berry Center food.)

The tour noticed how outstanding our cleaning crew was at getting things picked up on a record fast pace after the performances. (Confetti anyone?)

During the CFISD dance show off on Saturday, February 9, the Berry Center underwent several power outages which caused issues with the audio video technology that was being used for the event. The staff that was present were struggling to get some specific technology back up and running so Ben was called to assist them. On his scheduled day off, Ben spent his early morning walking them through how to fix things over the phone after the first outage, drove to campus to help out in person after the second outage, and then was called again while heading to an out of town appointment to help after the third outage. For me, this shows the tremendous amount of dedication Ben has as an employee. Ben is the glue that holds the AV team together as his expertise, attitude, and teamwork are an example we should all model ourselves after. Ben is always willing to help other departments with computer/printer/networking issues, does an outstanding job at helping clients, and is heavily relied upon by not only the AV operators, but by the AV management and his peers as being around him makes us all better employees, better technicians, and better people.
Thanks Josh for pointing out the outstanding commitment Ben had to making this event work on his scheduled day off! -Brent
