GRADUATION FAQ

Tickets

  • When will tickets be available to reserve?

    • Tickets are available now to reserve for all graduation ceremonies.

  • How many tickets can I reserve?​​

    • Every school will have a different number of available tickets according to the number of participating graduates. Please refer to your student's ticket page or contact the school for ticket availability.​

  • How do I reserve tickets?

    • Click the "Tickets" button at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the corresponding ticket webpage for your student's campus.​

    • Click "Have a passcode" and Enter Graduating Student's Passcode, example below

    • Passcode = 6 Digit Student ID + 2 Digit Birth Month + 2 Digit Birth Day + 4 Digit Birth Year

    • ID : 123456 Birthdate : 01/08/2005

    • Passcode Example: 12345601082005

  • Where are my seats?​

    • Tickets are reserved by section, row, and seat number. Please refer to your online ticket receipt for your seat location. 

​

  • Does my baby/toddler need a ticket?​

    • Yes, everyone attending the graduation ceremony, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.

​

  • Can I request handicap access and handicap seating?

    • Yes. Complete this form and your seats will be reserved in a handicap accessible area. If you need additional accommodations please call the Berry Center office at 281-894-3900.

Parking

  • Where do graduates park?

    • Graduates may enter via Barker Cypress Rd. or West Rd. and park in Lots B,C or D. 

​

  • Where do guests park?

    • Guests may enter via Barker Cypress Rd. or West Rd. and park in lots A, H, E, or F. Handicap parking is available in lots A and E. Drop off zones are located in front of the grand staircases on either side of the building.

Clear Bag Policy

  • To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the facility, Berry Center has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed at graduation ceremonies. All bags/purses will be inspected for safety purposes. Diaper bags must follow the clear bag policy and size restrictions.
