EVENT INFORMATION

Tickets are not being sold for this show. Members of the performing groups are being given paper tickets to distribute to family members to attend. If you have questions about family tickets for your performing student, please speak to your child’s band director.

For those not able to join us, please view the event by watching the livestream by clicking the link below. Spectators: All eligible band students will receive 2 paper tickets from their school’s band director to give to their family to view the appropriate performance session (AM or PM) for their band. Tickets will be surrendered upon entry to the stadium. Tickets are only valid for the session that they are marked for. There will not be a box office on the day of the event. Patrons that arrive without tickets will be denied entry to the stadium. Please enjoy the Livestream being provided for this event to enjoy all of the performing groups on this day.

HEALTH SCREENING

DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain

  • Headache

  • Sore throat

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • Diarrhea

  • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Known close contact with a person who is a lab-confirmed to have Covid-19 if exposure to the active confirmed case occurred within the last 14 days

MASKS

  • All students, guests and employees must wear face coverings over their nose and mouth in the event area or performing an activity which will necessarily involve close contact or proximity to other guests or staff. Masks/facial coverings are required for all guests entering Berry Center and must be worn at all including the seating area.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Groups should always keep distance from other groups, including while entering, waiting to be seated, and while seated. A group is defined as no more than 6 persons including the members of the household and those persons who traveled together to the facility or on the same reservation.

  • Groups should leave empty seats adjacent to both sides of their groups and should not sit directly in front of or behind other groups.

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the building.

  • Balloons

  • Flowers

  • Gifts

  • Strollers

  • Signs

  • Banners

  • Noise makers

  • Airhorns
